After the engine conversion does the temperature gauge (coolant temperature indicator) not work because the signal type of the two vehicles are different. The sensor of these motors is a variable resistor, the temperature display of the Astra needs a complex electronic signal to display the correct temperature. With this new module from ZMM-Electronic you have an affordable way to connect the temperature sensor of the above engines with the Opel Astra engine temperature display in the dashboard. You clamp the input of the module to the coolant sensor and connect the output of the module with the temperature. Now you only need 12 volts and ground plug it in and show your Opel back in the right engine temperature. The module has the possibility of re-adjustment when installed. Thus, minor deviations from different sensors can be corrected.
